Rental FAQ's

  • Home Park Properties rents to Ga. Tech. students only.
  • Deposit of (1) months rent will hold the property at the signing of the lease.
  • 1st months rent is due at move in.
  • All houses/ apts are to be filled with tenants of their own choosing “NOT” by the landlord.
  • Sub leasing is acceptable, but the landlord needs to be notified by e mail, or in writing. The tenant on-lease is still responsible for the lease.
  • All apartments are fully furnished and have in unit Washers & Dryers.
